| During the Fall Semester at Main Line Art Center, I'm offering an
8-week class, “Playgrounds for your Art: Paper Surfacing Techniques.” With color, texture, gestural marks, graphic tools, a variety of media, and the freedom to work spontaneously, we will create surface designs that defeat the intimidation of a blank white sheet of paper. More than a dozen techniques will help generate numerous stages on which your ideas can play out. These sheets will be useful as artwork, for collage, card-making, and book arts. What could be more fun? The class runs on Thursdays, 1-4 pm, starting October 10. |
