Artistic education & credentials


Since 1977 I have studied calligraphy and book arts in two year-long courses, three semester-long classes, more than fifty weekend workshops, and four week-long international calligraphy conferences. Instructors have included noted artists Reggie Ezell, Nancy Culmone, Peter Thornton, Suzanne Moore, Michael Gullick, Denise Carbone, Julia Miller, Jean Formo, and Peter Thomas.

Rostered artist for the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts’ Artists in Education Program, 1995 - 2005.
